Anyone have to replace rear caliper?

Last fall my rear brake pads looked great. This past week I noticed a scratching sound from my left rear brakes. I know this is the wear indicator, but I was surpriaed it came so soon. I removed the tire and found the inside pad ( one against the piston ) to essentially gone while the outside pad was still about half life. Have not seen anything on here about rear caliper problems only front. I am not sure it is seized, but it has to be dragging a little. Have a new caliper along with rotors and pads for both sides on order from Oreilly auto.

Sounds to me like you have a stuck caliper slide pin

Same happened to mine. Replace the pads (all 4) and make sure to lube the slide pins and you'll be good to go

So I dont need a caliper? It didnt seem like it would be the caliper, but I wasnt sure.
