Anyone in Houston that can check this out?

My nephew is looking to buy a 4runner. He lives in Houston but travels for his job all over the country. Is there anyone there who can check this out for me and let me report back to him. I have emailed with the owner some but need someone to tell me how it drives, etc. You can PM me the verdict if that would be better.

That 4runner has been for sale for a long time (since September). It's not even priced high so I am curious as to why it hasn't sold yet
