Anyone near Scranton, PA want to make $50?

I have my eye on a 2007 Tacoma in Forrest City, PA near Scranton. I live in Roanoke, VA a mere 6.5 hour drive from Scranton. The dealer only has one photo of the Tacoma posted. I have requested additional photos to no avail. If someone in the area is willing to go take a look at it for me before I buy the plane ticket, I will PayPal them $50.

What I am looking for in return:
1) Confirm it is a manual transmission
2) Confirm it has gray interior
3) Condition of the frame (no rust, some surface rust, or rusty bucket to keep away from)
4) Condition of the paint (near perfect, some chips, needs to be repainted)
5) General opinion on the condition

Ordinarily, I would walk away from this dealer, but this is EXACTLY what I am looking for. Planning on buying a plane ticket on Sunday to go see it on Monday.

Im guessing rust bucket due to the rust running down the brush guard from the bolts.
Also the tires were never rotated or there is some suspension issues causing uneven wear.

I checked Toyota Owners via the VIN; there's reference to the frame being replaced, but no proof so far. I'm not a fan of brush guards, so that will be removed and sold ASAP if I buy it.

I guess worst case scenario, I buy a 1-way ticket for $500 only to have to buy another 1-way ticket to get home.

No, not at all. But I'm being extremely picky about the truck I want, so I have to be flexible on other things (like the dealer being pretty worthless).
