Thanks dude, I feel really silly now. Too bad my generation is falling for Obama's socialist ideals; however, my grandfather the ultra smart conservative says the dirt that the media is going to uncover on obama will swade the election and it will not even be CLOSE. He grew up in a politically corrupt town.
Obama wants to tax us to increase global spending.
He wants to down-size our military and "disarm our nuclear missles"
Increase taxes for upper-middle class.....on an on.....fvck this pisses me off.
There is ONE thing everyone needs to know.....the bigger the government gets, the worse off everyone is....period regardless of income, status, etc!!!!!
Anyway, I love racing my 4runner.... I especially LOVE flooring it infront of a tree-hugging prius driver!!! Hahaa that is pure satisfaction!! lol
Don't want to thread jack, but I do have 1 comment. Many would argue that the current economic crisis we are facing is the result of lack of government regulation in the financial sector. While I don't believe government regulation should be extensive, some is necessary. Lets face it, we have a lot of greedy people eager to scam the system banking on investments/gov to bail them out in a crisis. While I don't think government bailouts are good, in extreme situations, they are necessary. And the money has to come from somewhere....
Add that to our corroding infrastructure and education system and we are in one big financial mess. Meanwhile, it is a fact that the 'rich' are getting richer. And in the last 10 years, the whole idea of tax breaks for the wealthy will trickle down to the common people, they will pay taxes and the economy and gov will be boosted hasn't worked. In my shallow opinion, this is due to a shift in where the 'rich' are making money. Traditionally, when a company that employed many people, such as GM, was given a tax break during profitable times, they would hire more people and increase wages. This boosts the economy. But when investment firms, oil companies, and tech companies are the ones making money, companies who do not employ as many such tax cuts have no one to trickle down to. The problem comes up when companies such as GM post a $15b loss....
My main point is the gov needs money, and badly. We have a growing number of social problems that must be solved if we hope to remain a superpower. This all takes money. If not from taxes, where would it come from?
And on the racing topic, why would you want to race a 4runner? By an s2000 then have fun with that
