Anyone recognize this cap or cover?

My wife found this under the front bumper of her 2014 4Runner, could have come from that or my 2001...or from something else entirely...

Does anyone recognize what this might be? It's fairly pliable plastic, about 1.5" across, has dirt under the lip and what looks like a little rust residue too. I think it also has the number 1000 stamped on the outside of it.

Thoughts?

^^ I agree does look like a body plug, like one of the ones above the body mounts inside the cab. (although I think they are considerably bigger) I would really try to find where that thing goes cause a 1.5" hole in the body and there also being rust (which means water build up) can't be a good thing to leave open. Was it in your driveway (which would increase the probability it's from your truck) or somewhere else out in public? Man, I hope it's not from the 2014?? ;/

It was on the garage floor 'underneath her front bumper.'
It looks like it has too much age on it to be from her '14 Runner...

Will poke around under mine.
