Anyone tried running Tacoma Trd Sport suspension?

Hey guys just wondering if anyone has tried running Tacoma Trd Sport suspension on their 3rd gens? There's a set for sale here in my town that came of a 2010 right after is was bought and he only wants $150 for them.

I have a set of 99 highlander springs waiting to go but if anybody thinks these would be about equal lift and they come with bilsteins then I may go with them.

not sure if the 2010 mounts are the same and if those can even be used period, that said there are various TRD coil lifts from tacoma's and trundra's
some companies even do the work for you and package it ready to go.

even though his apparently have shocks that are valved correct for our 4runners...

do yourself a favor and have a read through the lift faq and sticky at the top of the forum, i believe that gives the years you can steal these springs from, that being said i know 2 things about the 2010 tacomas and that's jack and ****, so can't be of any real help here besides just saying yes, people have done a TRD swap and it does gain you more height then the 99 spring lift your considering, and when choosing between the two you kind of have a choice imo, the 99 spring setup is stock, you know everything is going to work, you know its going to ride nice and you know all of the other lovely things the toyota engineers did to make it work, when going with the TRD lift you gain more height but are hoping it will ride as well as stock are hoping you won't have any other issues ect ect, the reason i frame it like this is because you seem to want to be sticking with toyota parts, if your talking about some other lifts that would all be out the window, as in the end it's about what you want and what you expect out of your money.... so i guess the real question is here , whatcha trying to do here?

Thanks for the info, I always thought about the newer taco's suspension bits but had second doubts. This( Only Tacoma front suspension stuff from 95.5-04 or Tundra 00-06 ) was the only info I had to go by...

I'm just looking for a bit of a lift. I figured that at the price that stuff is listed at I should find out if it would work or not.

I have an 2006 tacoma TRD sport and 2000 runner, bought some replacement Bilstein's tried to throw it on my runner just to see. This wont work, the front will be too long.
