What's up all, I have a Toyota dealer 5 min from my house but there prices compared to toytapartsdeal are crazy high just wonder if anyone have bought from them before ,

I bought a new master cylinder from them about 6 months ago, everything was great except 2 things, first they wouldn't sell to me because my credit card address didn't match the delivery address, sorted that out, the second was poor packaging, when the package got here, on time by the way, part of the master cylinder was sticking out the side, they just dropped the part into the box without adequate packing material so the master cylinder was able to move inside the box everytime the box was move and or dropped by the shipping company, who in my option was ultimately responsible for any damage, luckily the part is pretty robust at least the portion that was sticking out and wasn't damaged.

The only other thing is there has to be someone there to sign for the package
which was a good thing in this case since there could of been damage and the cost of over $1500.

They also didn't charge me sales tax, which every other source I was looking at was going to, which saved me around $150.

I have used a few of them. Some of them are the online counterparts to dealership parts departments, though I'm not sure about Toyota Parts Deal, which I have also used. I did indeed get OEM parts from Toyotapartsdeal.com

I’ve ordered from Toyotapartsdeal a few times. Prices are great, but the packaging can be sloppy. You also need to sign for delivery, but no sales tax is a nice bonus. Worth it for the savings, just don’t expect perfect service.
