Anyone using JET Power-Flo MAF Sensors 69160

I was just wondering if anyone is using the JET Power-Flo Mass Airflow Sensors 69160. There is not a tremendous amount of review but what I have found seem somewhat promising unless you drive a Scion apparently. I think I only saw one on Amazon from a person with a 4Runner, more Corollas and Camrys it seems at least with favorable results.

When I put in my TRD CAI I initially did not have the MAF sensor cable seated good and was afraid I may have damaged it while it was out of the housing possibly. So I did a quick search an ran across this unit as a possible replacement which I did not actually need but I was curious if any here had tried it and what they thought of it?

Curious is this an opinion based on experience with the item or that the concept of any MAF Sensor being able to accomplish much more than any other MAF sensor based on their function.

I would tend to second this opinion.

To the OP, there's just not a lot of opportunity for an aftermarket MAF to outperform the OEM unit on an otherwise lightly or unmodified engine. 15 years ago I'd have written a wall of text a mile long... pontificating about cross sectional area, PID tuning and driver resolution. But I'm not interested in crawling down any of those rabbit holes today.

i wouldnt mess with it. building a racing intake by hand for the camry was rediculous. thats the 3rd prototype and it works good. took 3 builds. computer didnt like the readings from 1st one at all. 2nd one was ok and that one is pro. making the housing spacing it proper finding direction in airflow. blahhh.
