So I have to give Brian (the owner) kudos for outstanding customer service. He has gone above and beyond and anyone in the market for one of his products should not go elsewhere. Inhand bought a kit for my 14 and never installed it. I upgraded to a 21 and called them and asked if I could return it even though it was over a year he accepted the return and was going to give me a full refund. I had informed him that I was going to purchase the kit for the 21 !and I just paid the difference...I have since gone in a different direction and returned the kit and was issued a full refund. I don't know of many that would go to that extent for great customer service.

I also have first hand experience with Brian. I tore my hardness pulling it through the firewall, and he had another one on the way to me in no time. The number he lists seems to be his personal cell, and his communication is excellent. The product is also excellent and I use it every day.

I too have to give him credit for his excellent support. There were wires mislabeled and after briefly describing the issue he was able to identify what was wrong and gave me the correction which worked immediately.

Used the front camera in the sand dunes and it worked better than I anticipated. Being the leader in the group, it was super helpful when cresting the tops to see which way to turn and if there was another rider/vehicle there.

I bought on of the kits but never got around to installing it

Installed mine several months ago. Instructions were clear.
Installation video by Wanderlost Overland was extremely helpful too.
Only issue I had/have is illumination of the switch. The function LEDs work, but I haven't got it wired correctly like the other switches.
When I add more switches I'll monkey with it then.
