PLEASE check fitment first, the ARB site says this is for a 86-95 4runner and truck. I can tell you it does not fit my 87 model. The instructions say 92- and new 4runner

I opened this bumper, i did not pull any of the stickers or protective patches off of it, I held it up with a fork lift and tried to line it up. the steering box and upper bumper mounts are in the way and i cannot find a solution. that is when I read the instructions on the top and it said for 89-95 trucks.

Anyway i have to ship it back to get my money back so I am going to try to just sell it.

like i said I opened it and it does not fit my first gen. it $875 picked up in fort worth 76114. Shipping to WA was about $390 so assume shipping would be about the same if you think you want to ship it.

Bumper DOES come with turn signal lights.

I'm in Dallas, so how soon could I meet you to check and verify whether this ARB front bumper will fit my 1996 4Runner (without flares)? If it does indeed fit, then I will most likely buy it from you...

It would be a good idea to call ARB and make sure it is for your truck. The website is misleading. Even if you plan on stopping by, best to call them first.
