Why I'm not in Washington or ARB is not in Ontario. Another thing that my is 2005.
Come on guys. As faster we'll help them, as faster they will release it.
 
I hope we'll see the final product in couple weeks.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I read somewhere that after ARB will do the fit and if everything will go well, they will issue the part number for the bar right next day.
 
I am pretty excited also. I just got my 06 3 weeks ago and I am ready to start making some modifications to it. That would be a great thing to do my first mod.
 
I talked to ARB two weeks ago when was ordering OME suspension. I was told that all tests are done and it passed fitting procedure. Now ARB has to make all arrangements and start producing this bumper, but part# is not issued yet. ARB is planning to release the bumper in mid July - August. Unfortunately only Deluxe version is going to be available so far. Who wants Sahara version will have to wait at least to the next summer. I was told that ARB wants to analyze demand and then start producing Sahara version.
 
Both Deluxe and Sahara are AirBag compatible. So you can use those bumpers and have AirBag protection.
The main difference is that Deluxe is more off-road look and Sahara is more prestige.
 
I like the Deluxe better actually. The ARB website didn't mention anything about air bags in the description, while it did on the Sahara page.

The 4-skinner won't see much in the way a hardcore off road, but the winters up here make it like a pinball machine on the roads.

I wanna destroy what slides in front of me!!

edit: rugrats and dogs excluded, but cats and hippies are fair game!!!
 
Up here, where?

I, personally, like Sahara more. It's more civilized for on-road use. I'm using my truck for work and 95% of its life is spending on the road mainly in the city. If I'd use it at least 1/2 off-roading, I'd definitely go with Deluxe. Unfortunately ARB is not planing of Sahara version for 4Runner, so I'd have to wait till Deluxe come and then compare it to Prado Sahara. If it direct fit, I'm good, if not - how difficult to fit it in 4Runner.

Ok, here is the most complete list.
Let's make it in next way. If you decide to go with Shrockworks, put after your name "Shrockworks". This will make it much easier to finilize who is still interested in ARB. I'd also use color ("red") for better visibility, but if doesn't know how to do it, just add "Shrockworks".
