Are Used 5100s Worth it?

I saw a Craigslist ad for someone selling a set of 4 used Bilstein 5100s for $200. They claim they were used 6-8 months. Just wondering if they're worth it? How long do these usually last? Also, these are coming off of a '05 Toyota Tacoma, so these would fit an '05 4runner right? Thanks!

Just buy new ones for $330, alteast you will have a warrenty when the leak.

^^^ What he said. I mean, when I step up to something better I would love to sell them, but realistically I doubt it'll happen.
