99 mph for any length of time is just a crazy idea in a 4 runner. Too many other idiots out there, I wouldn't want to try emergency evasive maneuvers in a lifted 4 runner at 55 mph, over 90...you very likely have nothing but prayers left.
You want high speed handling? Michelin Pilot Sports ...and something with 6 inches of ground clearance.
