Awning attached to factory roof rack?

Have you seen anyone attach an awning to a factory 4th gen roof rack? I was looking at the ARB 2000 but I'm open to suggestions.

As long as it's under the weight rating and you can come up with a solid mount it should be ok, but I don't think I've seen anyone here with an awning on the stock rack.

It may be helpful to ask or search for this on toyota120.com or expedition portal as well, I've only seen a few awnings here on t4r.

I have the same awning but have it mounted on my '12 Tacoma. I've never seen anyone mount an awning to a 4th gen stock rack but i'm sure it can be done. Once I source a 4th gen, I'm getting an ARB touring rack for my Eezi-Awn RTT and awning.

Thanks for the input. I found this idea in another thread so I might try this first and see how useful I find it.
