AZ4FNER's Build Thread

Anyone with similar damage? Open to suggestions on how to fix!

Still haven't decided if I'm going to fix it completely, or pop out the dent and live with scratches.

haha, I do I do... but maybe my dent is a little less noticeable than yours

When I got winched off the tree to the left the rear of the body swung right and just barely nudged the tree.

I'll have to live with the scratches, at least till now and leaving the dent since it's not horrible. I'm sure it can easily be popped out. I figured I'm gonna have this truck for a while and will end up putting more battle scars on it anways.. If I end up selling it, i'll have it fixed then.

I feel like I could have prevented mine, if I would have gotten out of the truck to check once I knew I was stuck. I knew I was close to the rocks, but didn't expect my Duratracs to slip.

We wheeled for another 8 hours, and did another trail back to back..."Upper Woodpecker". I finally found a groove and was picking some good lines after lunch. It was really a lot of fun, minus the rock kiss.

I look at your truck, J-Money, Rockdawg84, Dirtco and Brian2sun and have BIG expensive thoughts!!!...ha.

Did you get the long or the short HD sliders?

Since I am out camping a lot, one thing I am going to do is add a hatch light. I bought a dome light from another 4runner in the yard so it looks OEM, but I lost interest and never did it.
LED Interior Lights - Blank White Page

PS: nice shirt. The racks cool too =}

I just called Richard and told him I had 3rd Gen Limited. Don't remember multiple options length? Only difference was angle on the legs to clear the Limited door cladding.

em k... you inspired me today to get my S together and get mine on.

Are you running the LC coils with Tokico shocks in the rear?

I am wanting the 1.2 with Radflo but a bit concerned after talking with Steve that 4" lift in the rear will be too much with 265-75-16?

Your truck looks awesome!

Yeah.. Most of the OP's posts were from 2012.

However, I for one have a SS 1.2 rear lift with King coilovers in the front along with 265/75/16s. I don't really mind it. I am not entirely sure that I will jump up to a larger tire as of yet. The main thing making the jump to larger tires, for ME anyway, is that will make me want to do A LOT of other upgrades. (carrier for full size spare, and so on and so on)

But You can take a look at mine, check my build in my signature, or google SS 1.2 lift with 265/75/16s to get a better idea on what that looks like.

Thanks,'I thought just by chance he was lurking. lol

Thanks! for the info. DSM is offering free shipping on kings and I am considering almoset exactly what you have right now. I just picked up my 2000 a few weeks ago and and riding on the bump stops.

I did the OME thing on my 99 and it was a hellish ride on the dirt!
