Found a replacement for my beloved 04 that an idiot totaled. It's an 07 as seen below. Time to get to work on it. First thing the wife says, it needs some real tires.

First time since 2003 I haven't owned at least one silver vehicle.

I like it. I got the same color but mine is an 05. What did you pay for it if you don't mind me asking. What are you looking to get for it?

Man, I feel your pain. My '09 was totaled Feb 27th, just found a suitable replacement a week ago. Went from Titanium to Nautical Blue.....

So happy though, and congratulations :yo:

$12k, 100k miles. I think that's a decent deal considering some damage that I need to take care of. And the windshield isn't chipped.

Tires of course, homelink console, auto dimming mirror, maybe an FRS stereo. I've got FJ take-off springs I never got around to on the 04. I've got to put my HIDs in. Got lucky after the wreck, couldn't open the hood, but the headlights were destroyed so I was able to pull them out. Probably do the 5th gen brakes again, but I'll wait til one seizes up. I've got the weathertech mats still. Oh, some wheels, probably another set of FJ wheels, but without the black powder since this is darker. Probably some tint on the front windows.

I have the same year and color......just a Sport V8. Only 58k on her. Love it more than my 5th gen. Enjoy it!

May I ask what you like about it besides the v8?

Essentially, the overall build quality inside and out. Built like a tank. Never been to a repair shop other than for normal maintenance. All features and functions work flawlessly like Day 1. I will admit though that the V8 is what puts it over the top and makes it fun to drive.
