Back wiper does not contact Rear Window

Anyone know whats going on with that? The rear wiper blade floats about half an inch above the rear window. The wiper arm works - but it never contacts the window. In two years I never cared enoigh to look into it. The wiper blade says "faq" on it. Is it the wrong part? I heard it needs to be OEM - is that why it doesn't reach?

Lube the arm, worked for me.

This is probably the logo you saw.

Means Toyota. Doesn't necessarily mean it's the right arm though.

there is a spring on the underside . the mount eye on the arm(pot metal) is riveted to the extension arm (stainless steel) . these to metals "react" on the aluminum pop rivets (electrolyses) and causes a seizure ---> LUBE the rivets and the arm will move freely
