Recently was given an 03' 4Runner and found out that there's some sort of camera in the rear. Does anyone know if this is actually factory? Car was driven by my parents and they gave it to my sister. Pretty sure they didn't get it installed. I'm not sure if it's a camera or what (looks like it). Any possibility of testing if it actually functions? There's no navigation installed in the dashboard either, so I'm confused why there is potentially a camera in the back. Thank you.
