Bad brake caliper?

I've noticed this sound the past two weeks and all the research I've done seems to point toward a bad brake caliper. I took a video to capture the sound; as I explain in the video the sound doesn't intensify with brake application but does match my speed. A friend who's far more mechanically inclined than I jacked up my bumper and spun the wheels and narrowed the particular wheel down, then cleaned it out a bit, but the sound is still there. Is this sound consistent with that? Excuse the vertical video

How worn are your pads?
Does the sound goes away when you release the brakes?
Have you removed the caliper and checked the pads for junk embedded in one of them?

Also, check the wear-indicator on the pads, if pads are low it can drag on the disk, and check your pad springs (clipped to the pins tensioning the pads inside the caliper)

We took everything apart and that same friend had some spare brake pads, so we greased everything up and threw the new brake pads on and the sound is gone. Thanks for your help
