Bad noise

Hey all! Bought a 3rd gen in December and about 2 months ago it was driving perfect, woke up the next morning and started driving to work, when I hit 45 mph it felt like I was driving across rumble strip until I hit 65+! Ive been driving it ever since with the noise and just got back from a 22 hr trip to Florida. I want to say it’s a rear passenger side wheel bearing but it’s not leaking any oil or anything. I replaced fluid and it’s still happening, anybody ever have this issue?

this happened to my dads truck. Was the rear wheel bearing i swapped the axle shaft. lol grabbed one with a solid oem bearing from the junkyard and that didnt have a blown axle seal meaning the brakes were good. I took his old one for a spare for me. im going to press a new bearing onto it.

Edit: What you can do is pull the shaft out and check how much play the bearing has / go to spin the drum and see what it sounds like.
