Bad Trany Mount?

Its funny that I come here to fix the truck but forgot about the "little" stuff. I have been driving the truck for a little over a year, but as long as I have been driving it the shifter moves. It seams it moves because on the bumps in the road. So I'm wondering is this normal movement or could the tany mount be worn?

I noticed that mine move too when going over bumps. So one day while I was under the truck doing other stuff, I looked at the tranny to see if the mounts were going bad. The shifter is directly connected to the tranny and not by cable either. I would assume, from what I saw, that it is normal.

yeah I figured if the shifter was directly connected. Well I was hoping anyway thx.
