Baja Racks told me that they are currently not making their racks until they settle with Gobi regarding a patent rights law suit. I think Gobi complaining about being able to patent a roof rack or a ladder is like suing for patent protection for something as common as sliced bread. There's only one good way to build a ladder that stays attached and moves with the back tailgate.

The Baja Rack ladder is better in my opinion. I'll wait until I get the rack to order the ladder.
