I contact Tacomapros at [email protected] , telling them you didn't receive the initial email. Then I received a PayPal link. I paid through PayPal. Then I received a refund. Then I contacted them and asked for another invoice..nada, nothing. I have now emailed bajarack...

I am not up to speed with what is going on and this is a little frustrating.
 
After emailing on Friday and not hearing anything, I decided to call Bajaracks and politely inquire. They are processing orders and sending out invoices in the order of the original list. Says it could take another two days for them to go out.

Update, hello everyone. Today we had an issue with COX (internet provider) they are working to fix the problem but it may take until the end of the day, we were able to send out some invoices out but not most of them, we already have scheduled the racks so there will not be any delay on shipment, please be patient, we will announce once we have sent all the invoices out.

I originally paid through paypal and they refunded it into my paypal, but it has not hit my bank yet. I will wait another day to see if my money is returned to my bank account. If not, I will call bajarack to see what is going on.

Jeff, when money is refunded to your paypal, it actually sits in your paypal as balance. Therefore, you send it right over to Baja using that balance. it never hits your actual checking/saving/etc.

has anyone who e-mailed bajarack gotten a response yet? I sent my request for an invoice over the weekend and still nothing... I know they are probably swamped but just making sure i'm not the only one still waiting.
