you and me both buddy (in reference to getting a 4wd true to our 4runner name). i sometimes find myself going on auto trader searching for a 2002 black or silver Sport Edition 4runner with 4wd.

a kid can dream! or, my parents are considering getting the new 5th gen with 4wd (never make the same mistake twice I told em'!) and I can throw money at that for awhile....anyway......sweet pictures!:cheers:

thanks man!..and to be honest i use to do that too. still get on Craigslist and see what i can find. but the next 4runner is gunna happen sooner or later. Its in my blood lol
 
I went through the same exact stage of keeping everything stock and clean... But it got boring so I started adding on and am now addicted
 
Runner looks amazing man. awesome job for sure! How well has that plasti-dip on the chrome held up cuz i was kinda thinking about doing the same thing but the roads here in AK are awful for flying gravel in the winters!!
 
Hey man I love what you've done with your runner! BTW I didn't end up selling so I'm back with you and the 2WD group! For now..:hungry:
 
Still no ladder yet? ive been gone so long i figured u bought that one we talked about and installed it already... Well 4runner still looks good dude!

man so busy with school no time yet. i need to do some maintenance work before the ladder comes...but it will come with this runner or the next.
 
update..scored these rims for 100 bucks, same ones as Sn0wrunner. I'm iffy about either keeping these or my OG ones. what do you guys think. those are 33's also, but very very bald 33's.

haha well those are for sale now...i recently bought a set of 285 nitto TG's to put back onto the 5stars. I painted them myself a gunmetal color...the stock 5stars are one of my fav rims so I had to go back.

And that silver 4runner is owned by one of the guys on this fourm..but i believe he is inactive.

he has it for sale here:

swapped back to the 5 stars..33'' nittos
top plate spacer looking to be put on soon to level out the rake
and possibly gobi ladder soon....

it was a metallic grey at advance auto parts. can get the same one at autozone i believe. says wheel paint on the can .
