BAMF sliders 1 : Toyota Corolla 0

So......
On Thanksgiving evening I was hit by a Toyota Corolla (my fault) :ybrick:.
Good news, noone was hurt. She hit my rock slider drivers side, rear part just beneath rear passenger door. Messed her car up pretty bad. :scared: The armor did its job :eyebrows:

My cladding on the rear door is cracked, and the door is ever so slightly caved in behind the cladding. The slider is scratched up, but not damaged in any way. That's it. No other damage I can find, still goes down the road straight. In the pic you can see how much damage she sustained.

What really stinks is that I had just put my runner up for sale.:mad2:
It's in the classifieds if anyone is interested.

Well, My wife and I are going to start doing some serious camping and we are going to get a large(r) camper that the runner just can't tow. I'm looking into a tundra. I can't afford to keep the runner and buy a camper and a tow vehicle.
I have always loved the tundras and I just want one

Update

Looks like this crash bent the rear axle.

My son-in-law bought the truck from me, and when he stopped by I noticed the rear tires were BALD:crybaby:

We took it to a shop who checked it out and said the rear axle housing is bent. crap. Going to have to pull it and replace it.

sigh.

Looking at that second picture, you can see that tire is tweaked.
