Batt drain on Dome Circuit on a 2K 4runner

I have the same problem, my trouble shooting has been to check the draw on the battery and one at a time pulled every fuse and relay , with no luck. I currently make sure I start and run the vehicle once a week. (its a second vehicle) sometimes I unhook the battery if its going to sit longer

That be a good idea to let it goto deep sleep.

Being the drain was indicated being in the Dome Circuit, I am suspecting a broken cracked wire in the hatch wiring harness as that's probably the only place the dome circuit would be going through a door jam in a harness as the other doors have switches all except the rear hatch. However, that is my thought on the matter.
