Battery cables and terminals

I'm looking at replacing the cables off the starter and adding new terminals and replacing the grounds while im at it. I'm doing this mainly because im getting a new diehard platinum and the posts are reversed so i would need to extend the cable anyway. Also, the terminals have seen better days. So i figured i'd replace everything while im at it.

Anyway...I know BFAD had listed all the lengths when he did it but his build thread is way to long and full of awesomeness to do through everything. So does anyone know the correct lengths of the cables and what connectors are needed? Feel free to post BFAD if youre reading this.
