battery disconnect/maintenance light

My question is when I disconnected my battery did that reset the maintenance light oil change reminder back to zero? I have a 04 V6 just to clairify.

I don't think it does, I've disconnected my battery a couple times within the past couple of months and my maintenance light came on last week at the normal time. You should be safe.

I keep a little notepad in the glovebox to write down milage everytime I change to oil just to avoid things like this.
