battery light

I have a 03 4runner and the battery light is coming on. It is not the battery or the alternator (tested battery and replaced alt.). The power windows work but the drivers window does not work in the auto mode and the doors do not lock when you take the shifter out of park. Has anyone here had these problems or have any idea what is going wrong? Please help Thank You

Thanks for the replies, I found the problem a bad wire in the harness going to the alt. Lots of help here

Some days you get no help at all. What wire was it? My ABS and battery light came on so I replaced the alternator and now the battery light stays on but no ABS light. I suspect a bad ground or the wire you mentioned..
