Bent Metal "Washer" - LCA Bushing

Our 5th gen 4runner was making noise coming from the left wheel well area. Everything is factory. Long story short, we got into a situation attempting a trail, but some guys helped us get out with minor damage.

I looked under the vehicle today and found that the mount that holds the driver side Lower Control Arm was bent along with the metal part ("washer") of the LCA Bushing (circled in he picture). Could this be causing noise intermittently, usually during acceleration from a dead stop while turning left? At first, we thought it was the CV Joint, but starting to lean more towards the bent bushing piece due to the physical damage. Vehicle have 3K miles. Thoughts?

If the LCA bolts aren’t torqued enough they will creak badly- if that’s the noise you hear. Have them checked and tightened. I doubt what you see in that pic will cause any issues.

Yes it could be. I had my mystery clunk solved with new LCA bushings. Check this out:
