Best aftermarket fender flares? plus another ??

Potentially purchasing a 2001 runner that did not come with any fender flares, what's the best option to get some? Aftermarket? Brand? Salvage yard?
Also, anything to look out for when purchasing a 3rd gen?

Just my take after owning a 4r for four years. If fenderflares are the biggest concern, then grab it.
