Best Bike Hitch Rack?

I have a really old 1up that doesn't have the locking features for teh hitch. Also you need to run cable and a lock around your bike to your receiver of your 4runner to prevent theft.

Honestly if you are a single rider, have the 4runner to yourself, a moving blanket and the rear seat folded down is best. Inside, more secure. no extra aerodynamic drag. With a black moving blanket and tinted windows no one is the wiser.

Else I would say this is a good rack to consider if 1 up doesn't tickle your fancy:

I have a North Shore Rack. The OG vertical rack. It’s simple and robust, just like the 4Runner.

There’s a lot of newer vertical racks from other companies coming out now. Though many are using a front wheel basket making them unwieldy. Nice thing about the NSR is that it’s easy to take on/off and store.

Rockymounts Monorail

I love my Rockymounts Monorail and thought it was the best value. It works great for my road and mountain bikes. If money isn't an issue though I'd agree with the users recommending 1UP, although I'm still very happy with Rockymounts and their customer service has been fantastic.
