FS: 4th Gen 4runner LC200 Steering rack, custom tie Rods, double shear knuckles $500

Item: LC200 Steering Rack swap with custom made shorty outer tie rods to work with factory width control arms & complete knuckles with total chaos gussets and custom double-shear setup for 1" hardware. Also including the custom shortened lower steering shaft.
Price: $500 (you pay shipping, this stuff is pretty heavy.. I would imagine it would cost $150 or so to ship)
Location: Charlotte, NC
Condition: Good - the Heim joints are starting to get a bit worn, you'll need to clean up and paint the outer tie rod pieces. Steering rack feels solid, on the right for 2 years but has only seen ~10k miles and 1 light offroad trip.

Working through unmodifying some of the rig. I don't wheel anymore so taking off the LC200 steering rack swap in favor of going back to factory.
This setup was made to work with factory width control arms and not need a long travel kit to run the upgraded LC200 rack. It comes with custom outer tierod adapter for a heim joint, 1" hardware to interface with a custom double-shear knuckle setup. Including all the components to bolt it up and make it work.

Please note, this setup (regardless of factory width or long travel) will experience Bump Steer. As the tires droop they toe in and vice versa as they bump up. I have drive this setup for 2 years, including numerous 70+mph 6-15 hour drives with 0 issues, but do your research.

Please also note that this setup is NOT a direct bolt-on. I am including all the needed parts, including the shortened/slim lower steering shaft, knuckles, mounting bolts, etc, but depending on the setup you will need to clearance your lower cross member, shim the motor up 1/4", and clearance the driver side motor mount bracket.

Last I calculated I had $2k just in parts for this build before the fabrication.

I will ship at the buyers expense, otherwise you can pick up for free in Charlotte, NC.

Will post pictures shortly.

This image taken when the parts were freshly installed, there is not some signs of wear and not as clean obviously. Happy to provide more to serious buyers.
