[MENTION=12905]XenonDepot[/MENTION], I ordered the HID Phillips 4300k from you last year and loving them but i've started to notice flickering on the passenger side. Is it normal to see flicking after just a year? I may order a new set of bulbs this weekend and go with the 5000k just seems odd that it would have this issue just after a year.

Flickering is typically not a sign of a bad bulb. Please send me a PM with your order info and i'd be happy to help out. It sounds more connection related then component related.

By chance, anyone have install instructions for the HID's that I can take a peek at?

The stock lighting definitely sucks, just like to get an idea of what I would be in for as far as the headlights go.

Its the easiest i've ever done. Hardest part was figuring out where to put the ballast.
I used a uni-bit for their grommet on the dust cover and everything looks factory.

The H11 Xtreme HID kit for the low beams is designed to be plug n play but to better help you out here's a 4Runner HID installation guide that we have.

I would recommend the 9005 Xtreme LED Pro kit with canbus for the high beams/DRL on the 4Runner.

For anyone on the fence about HIDs 4300k Philips, pull the trigger, they are excellent. Easy install, just need to get a 1inch drill bit for the dust covers, and very well made. The light output is amazing, and makes night driving way safer.
