Best flex pictures?

stock front coils flex really well with 5100s on the third perch, granted no sway bars. sway bars are for soccer moms.

My mediocre flex...

99 Tall Springs, KYB Monomax Shocks, 235/85/16 BFG KOs aka 32x9.25r16, no sway bars.

Here in the next month or two, I will be shortening my front bump stops, extending my rear shocks, and modifying my rear control arms.

No non long travel ifs flexes well period.
There are two quantifiable measurements of articulation, wheel travel and angularity of the axles. wheel travel would be most important when the obstacle is on flat ground and one tire has to go on the obstacle. angularity is important when the ground has steep changing slopes.

long travel ifs typically is just wider with more wheel travel, however because the track width is wider the angularity is the same or less, usually because there is little to no up travel gained due to clearance issues.

the best flexing ifs setup would be a center mount, instead of just making the arms longer because you gain the wheel travel and angularity.

also ifs has to have properly setup spring rates and preload to fully articulate, like i said im running the stock springs with 5100s and getting 11" of suspension travel.

LOL, you know I trolled you and got the exact answer I wanted.

Damn 11" is impressive. I measured mine to be only 7.75", maybe a little bit more after some bumpstop compression. That's with no swaybar, tundra bilstein 5100's, tundra coils and stock UCA's. I'd be curious to know if your additional 3" is all droop and how you're achieving that. I'd have to modify my bumpstops to get any more up travel and I already get slight tire rubbing at full bump after a lot of cutting and hammering.

Modifying the bump stops will give you a little more. My issue with OME coils is they will lift the truck before they compress. Pure trash!! LOL.

Another issue is people have problems correctly measuring the full travel.

Yeah my number is based on the full droop with no weight on that corner, and then removing the strut altogether and jacking the LCA until it hits the bumpstop and begins to lift the whole vehicle. In a wheeling situation, bumpstop compression would add a little travel.

I actually hit an unexpected culvert at about 40 mph a couple weeks ago and the tire compressed into my fender, bending it and cracking the paint really badly. Needless to say, I wasn't happy about that. When I tested my max compression with the above mentioned method, I still had about 1" between the fender and tire.

Ive learned that clearing 285's PROPERLY with no body lift takes a lot of modification if you wheel your stuff hard...

I have cut the bump stops down to just before the sgocks bottom out, the bump stop compresses half an inch. I also tubbed my firewall and "massaged the inner fender with a bfh. also cut the fenders. then i have a tapered body lift of 3" I only run about 1.5" of suspension lift, my truck at full droop fender to hub is 29.5 at full compression its 18.5. I measured this by taling out the spring and using just the shock, and then using my hilift to lift the truck. at ride height I think my fender to hub is around 25" maybe a bit less.

also heres the video.
