I washed my 2020 Nautical Blue 4R TRD ORP today and saw the entire right side doors and rear quarter where splattered with white line paint. Don't know when this happened but I immediately drove to a detail shop and the guy wanted $400 to remove plus wash and wax the vehicle. Said if I do myself I will scratch the paint because the paint has reflective beads of crystal in it. I ended up researching the internet on how to remove, some said WD40 and or petroleum jelly applied and sit overnight will loosen the road paint. Tried both and had no luck, I ended up using a bucket of warm water with Liquid Gold car wash, made extra soapy to lube, took my thumbnail and scraped all the paint off then rinsed all loose paint away. Then went over the entire areas with a clay bar and spray mist wax, then I machine buffed with Mcquires polish and hand waxed with Mcquires #26 yellow wax and hand buffed with a microfiber towel. Came out perfect, no scratches at all ! Took about two hours time, still need to remove from wheel well but at least paint is good now.
