I have noticed that icon sells a 3in front lift kit with ucas included. But I find it a bit to expensive($2724). Are there any cheaper kits out there that include adjustable coilovers and aftermarket UCAs?

This is all my opinion and experience, but spending the money once would have been cheaper for me. I originally bought All Pro UCA's and their bilstein threaded body shocks. The shocks themselves rode terribly for 2.5 years (probably due to more to the height I was running them at vs the shocks themselves) before they completely broke in half. One seal blew 1.5 years in and the other one had the end cap failed along with the seal (possibly due to over extending with no limit straps). I'm currently looking at either new UCA's or trying to find new proper length inner sleeves because the bushings haven't ever properly rotated on the sleeves. Either way, I'm looking at spending a ton more money buying or fixing everything. For shocks I bought a 6 year old set of icons from a buddy. Other than not looking pretty they function 100% as my friend had just had them rebuilt by icon. When the blow, I'll rebuild them for $50. I bought some used blown fox 2.0 resis for the rear dirt cheap. Rebuilt those for $50, and for a little time invested came out way ahead.
I would either stay inexpensive-ish (bilstein 5100s work great and are really reasonably priced) or go all out into a proper 2.5" shock up front that is rebuildable. Wait for the sales, buy used and rebuild of you're comfortable doing so (it's pretty straight forward, and you find shops to charge your nitrogen for like $10).

I did sort of the same thing as above.. my .02 cents = if your rig stays outside get either the OME kit or the toytec Bilstein kit & SPC upper control arms. if your rig stays in the garage mostly id get adjustable coil overs (Fox, king, icon, boss/toytec) and I would get total chaos upper control arms. Going with said garage items for an outside only rig is a ridiculous amount of maintenance to keep them how you want them.. The icon kit is cool but it’s a little over the top..

I know members here who (even recently) have bought a brand new pair of Kings for as low as $950 shipped. I paid ~$1,100 installed on the truck.
My front UCAs by Built Right are great and cost ~ $700.

I would agree on the uniball part. I've been running some EMF "aftermarket" uniballs for 5 years now. Daily driven in Alberta where we see salt, sand, and grit for 7 months of the year. Before these I was going through a set of uniballs once a year. Stainless double teflon, blah blah the FK spherical bearings don't last at all here. The EMF ones seem to be of the same design as the new delta joint design from icon. Mine have replaceable bearing surfaces in them, built by a local guy machinist who with a handshake and a tour of his shop told me any issues and he'd lifetime warranty them. Zero issues, simply grease them and keep them tight (they're adjustable too, have only had to tighten them once).
SPC's look really nice and if I was starting fresh I would be leaning towards them.
