Best UCA between $5-700

BlueBalls

I've been looking at ucas for a little bit but can't come to a conclusion as to which one is best. I've looked at the Total chaos, camburg, all pro and icon. Anyone with experience on these care to help out? Going for a uniball, preferably 1.25" but that isn't a deal breaker since I know icon has a 1"

Thoughts?

Pretty much only Camburg offers them with a 1.25" Uni-Ball. The rest use the more standard 1" uni-balls. Same size that race trucks usually use.

Camburg, Icon, and Total Chaos are all excellent choices.

I think all of those options are good options and I don't think you can go wrong between those 3. I have the camburg uniballs and haven't had any issues with them so far (only had them for 3 or so months now.) Before I installed I added a few drops of teflon lube to each uniball and fully articulated the joint to work in the lube. I haven't heard a single sound out of them yet. Every month I wipe off the top and bottom of the joint with a clean cloth to clear any dust or debris and add a drop or two of lube. Seems to be working just fine.

The availability of 1" uniballs didn't really factor into my decision as I personally wouldn't put anything but the manufacturer issued uniballs back into the arms anyways and replacements are all around the same price from each company.

Unless you find a sale or there's more than a $20 difference between the 3, rock paper scissors to solve this selection dilemna. All are excellent choices.

Camburg BJ arms. Killer deal for under 400! I picked up a set of low mileage OEM UCAs and salvaged the BJ out of them for the arms. All said and done, I made out for under 400.
