Best winch for the 2nd gen

I'm going to be buying a 2nd gen 4Runner and plan to go up in the mountains a lot. This may result in me getting stuck a few times (I've never been off roading). So I would like to buy a winch for my future 4Runner. What winch do you guys recommend? I would like it to be fairly cheap since this will be my first car. Thanks!
