BG Transmission Flush & Fill?

Howdy all, I have a 1999 Limited & am thinking of getting a BG transmission flush & fill with BG Universal synthetic tranny fluid. Has anyone else used this system? How is it working for you. I bought the truck recently, switched over to synthetic engine oil (Mobil 1) about 3000km ago & haven't used a tablespoon. As well I have flushed & filled the cooling system with "Toyota Red" & the tranny flush is my next thing on the list. Right now the tranny fluid is on it's last legs I think, it still is predominantly red & sweet smelling but I don't think it's ever been attended to as per the coolant condition when I serviced. This now has 230000km so it's time.
Has anyone any experience with this fluid system, my mechanic seems to believe in it?

I always liked the BG system. Engine fluids are their business so they do it well. Do the flush and fill. It's really the only way to get all the old fluid out.
