Big props to Aaron in parts at Conicelli/Partznet

Since it's a dealer, I suppose it goes here, but I just wanted to let everybody know about the great experience I just had with Aaron at Conicelli. I was being a total pain in the ass and trying to verify the parts I needed to cover the holes left after removing the roof rack. Not only did he find the parts for me, he called back when he said he would, had the part numbers for me, and didn't act like I was a total nutbar like the local dealer did.

Haven't received the parts yet, but I have no fear the rest of the transaction will go smoothly. A big +1 for these guys from me.

I can vouch for Aaron, good guy. I recently had some trouble with my order but he kept me up to speed on everything. Conicelli is a big dealer so I thought I would be a number. Partznet rules!

That's so nice to hear. I have ordered from them with good results too. My situation was simpler and a stright internet order... It's nice to know they have 'warm bodies' backing it up

Just found this today. I got Aaron from Internet Parts Service when I couldn't find some small interior pieces through the website. He was able to get everything I was looking for and got it right the 1st time. I can't tell you how many times I've had a Toyota dealership screw up parts and I've used 4 different ones (Morristown, Ledgewood, Condit, and Muller). Now I just use Conicelli everytime and consider the shipping charge to be a fee for piece of mind. They have yet to get an order or part wrong.

partznet has a new website. I still get my stuff from them, after almost 7 years, I'm still happy! Aron is no longer there (hasn't been in years), but that doesn't mean they are not great.

I just ordered a 10 pk of oil filters for $40 from their Amazon store unknowingly. Good to know they are a good parts retailer!
