Yep, 0.85 and stock rear springs looks like this. I do have Airlifts, but set to 5 psi.

So I take it the factory springs front and rear will be used with these? Does it lift the rear at all? I like to keep the rake since I have a RTT and tow a trailer and don’t like the rear sag look.

The Bilstein 5100's are Ride-Height Adjustable. This is mostly designed for
those looking to lift the front for a more leveled out appearance.

The 5100's do come out of the box at the OEM setting, if you are looking to
maintain the rake.

The rears are designed for 0-2" of lift. This allows for spacers or 1-2" rear coils.

You can maintain the rake by matching lift front and rear.

I recently added these 5100’s to my 4runner. I love the change in handling. I set the fronts at 2.5 and kept the stock coils. Can you tell me if the ride would be smoother/better if I set them to the bottom perch and add 2 inch lift coils?

Good Question

They coils that you choose will play a big role in the ride comfort.

The Bilsteins 5100's themselves will feel the same, smoother and more responsive than stock.

Adding firmer coils up front will help with the nose dive and feel on turns.

What coils are you looking at?

I’m looking at putting OME 2883 coils in the front, they are supposed to give me a 2 inch lift. I went with OME 2895e in the back, also 2 inch lift. Do you guys happen to know how those perform with the 5100’s?

Just ordered my Bilstein 5100 Complete Kit so I can finally level my runner after saying I was "about to" for four years. Thankful for the discount on the MDW Sale!

I'm sure there's a handful of other mods which will happily take the Bilstein's place in the "I'm about to do <insert mod>"
