Black 4runner is San Luis Obispo Area

Hey guys I spotted a black lifted V8 4wd 4th gen down the street from my house in Arroyo Grande and wanted to see if he was on here since I have seen it a couple times in San Luis. There was also a 3rd gen with bumpers front and rear. It has factory wheels pained black, Total Chaos Uppers, and Icon coilovers. Great looking 4runner for sure! Does that sound like anyone on here? Thanks

Ya it was you! It was at the Pike and Elm. I live on Beach St in between 24 and 25th
