Black Friday/Cyber Monday Sales Thread

Just ordered a set of 4 x 285/70/17 C for a grand total of $668.40 via Tire Rack with free shipping. That's $167.10 per tire!

The $192 list (before the additional discounting) 285/70 Ko2's are a "S" speed rated model with a 60psi max rating which sounds all good. Here's the problem--they weigh 58 pounds (which is roughly the same as the E rated 285) and they were discontinued this summer by BFG. By comparison, the current Q speed rated 285/70r17 weighs 51lbs...

I shopped these last week and passed on the cheaper, discontinued S version due to the weight, though I was tempted.

Has anyone seen a good deal on Dirt King products? I've come across a few minor sales, but nothing "Cyber Monday" worthy.

I contacted them. They will ship them.

Yeah, i just selected shipping in the cart and added code discount. Do you know if you can use the factory hardware for their front skid install? I need to figure out what spray paint would be the best to rattle can the plate? Maybe a high temp rustoleum?

I can't tell you, I just ordered it so I don't have it. Finding hardware is easy so it doesn't matter to me.

If I am going to rattle can something, I use this. It is an 2 component spray in a rattle can. There is a tab on the bottom that when you compress, opens a cylinder inside of the can releasing the hardener. This stuff works fantastic and is extremely hard. I painted a fuel tank with it and couldn't scratch it with a key, and I tried really hard. Or at least clear it with this stuff.
