I have 2 sheets of tint in the mail right now for mine, but the painting method seems to look good as well. It's just preference. I think the film tint looks a little better, and is easier to remove if you ever need to sell the vehicle.
Thanks for the info, i was just curious. I have a black 08 runner SR5 with limo tint on it and a 10 inch rockford fosgate sub in the trunk. I had a hooked up accord 2 dr 02 before i got this, i think i am mod'ed out from the accord. Part of me wants to hook the truck up the other part of me doesnt want to spend any money on it (i getting married in feb and want to have a nice honey moon)...... So the inter fight continues!!
Tailights
I suggest not doint the tint. I have many friends who made that mistake and it will eventually rip. Also they tend to be a huge pain to apply. I suggest doing the paint because it looks better and it wont come off.
