only thing id add would be a suspension leveling kit to raise that nose rake.

Yeah X2 on that, the front end sits way lower then the rear, would definitely look better if it were even.

i love your rims! the "blacked out" deal is a little too much for me..but power to you for putting a twist on our runners! BTW what did you do with the tire pressure sensors? just leave them in the stock wheels or move em over? Also, do your 22's rub?

Thx for the love. To answer your question, no they do not rub because they are the same wheel size as the stock wheel. Also the car pretty much drives exactly the same as it did with the stock wheels. The tire pressure sensors were taken out of the stock wheels and put into the new ones. Everything is the same as it was with the old wheels.

love it though some of the guys that use their rig for more offroad duty would hate the look as you really loose offroad ability with the large diameter low profile on road tires.

Looks great- Evil street. Rear inked/dyed lenses look very nice!!! This is rare -I was considering the same idea instead of tint since the vinyl is so soft compared with Urethane. .....It's so much simpler and cheaper to use tint though and I might actually go get it done today now since I like the look you've got going!!! ...rather than take the time to remove and spray the housings. I'm trying to find someone in SoCal/ L.A. that does it- my tint guy won't do tails.

I think they are out, he has amber bulbs in them which may make the housing look amber...

Edit: after looking at the photos again you're right.

You can't/shouldn't use window tint on the exterior of the truck...such as tailights. It just wont hold up and eventually it will fall off. The laminate is the way to go.

I've never heard of anyone using window tint on tail lights, when they say "tint the tails" They are talking about tinting spray, most likey niteshade.

i have my taillights, brake light, and reflectors tinted using exterior tint.. its not windown tint, but a tint thats made for exterior use. the only downfall is the clear relectors appear to have a yellow tint when the sun shines in and reflects back out..

It was part of the change on 2006+ 4Runners, the bumper reflectors on the rear are gone. Only the 2003-05 have them. I think the Japanese Surf Hi-Lux still have them though, even with the 2006+ look (rounded fender flares, projector headlights, etc).

Hmmmm....I'm not a fan of the blacked out look all that much as it's pretty played out here in NorCal. But yours is pretty sweet. I'm digging those wheels. I agree that some 20's with a lift would be sweet looking, but since you can't get em in that size....oh well. I would lift the front 1" with a Toytec or something to level it off. I actually like the windows a little lighter as it gives the truck some depth and doesn't look as "ghetto". Especially on a black on black on black on black...4Runner!
