Bluetooth OBD Device. OBD fuse?

Is there a fuse for my 2006 OBD port?

I bought a bluetooth OBD connector and it doesn't seem to be working.
Is there a fuse for the OBD connector? I searched but it only came up with 3rd gen stuff.

I can't get it to show up as discoverable and none of the lights on the device light up. I bought this just to be able to fool around with it and potentially troubleshoot in the future. Unfortunately, I don't have any other OBD devices and I can't try it in my gf's car until later tonight.

Well, sh!t...
The one linked above SHOULD work. I just now ordered it off that link for $18ish shipped after watching this guy's youtube video explaining the differences between the different sellers of these things. Apparently 'BrainyDeals' sells the legit product and 'Patazon' sells garbage knock-offs. I bought my non-working one from ecgirl888 on ebay and it doesn't work at all. It's the knock-off version as shown in the guy's youtube video. I will be following up with ebay.
