Just recently I've been having problems with my supercharger/URD 7th injector. A little background information; The engine is remanned, currently at about 50k, installed a TRD supercharger and URD 7th injector about a couple years ago, and just recently I've been having a strong gasoline fume smell in the cab while under load at low rpms (going up hills, etc.) This weekend it started bogging on me going up hills as well. I asked URD what the problem could be and they said to check the boost gauge (which I currently don't have installed) and just follow the lines. I asked URD if the ECU needed to be flashed or reprogrammed at all and was told "99% of all 7th injectors don't need to be". Any ideas as to whats going on? Thanks!

Can you elaborate? What are fuel trims, both STFT and LTFT? and could you get this information? if you smell fuel its either due to a leaking fuel system, or your rig is running pig rich for some reason.

Not sure with the supercharger, but the first thought I'd have with those symptoms is the Fuel Pressure Regulator. Mine failed and just kept dumping fuel into the intake baffle through that vacuum line. It bogged and stalled, etc. The gas smell was so strong it made me nauseous, especially with the AC on 'fresh air'.
