I need the part number for the bolts that hold the metal pan on. There are 4 of them. The pan I'm talking about is the one that you loosen to get the oil filter off.

If you have one of the bolt you can take it to any good hardware store and they will have some exactly the same for less than what it would cost at a Toyota dealer.

That’s the problem. I don't have any original bolts to go by. The 2 that are in don’t match and are way too long I think.
My answer is for my 5th Gen .... I see your .sig says you have an earlier generation, so my answer may not apply.
Reasonable replacement bolts for the under-engine skidplate (4 bolts), and oil-pan drain access-plate bolts (2 bolts) is:
8mm x 1.25 pitch, 20mm long
I opted for stainless steel when I did this. Every few times I remove the bolts, I spin an 8mmx1.25 tap into the female threads, to clean them up. Frequently I re-assemble with Loctite blue on the bolt-threads.
