boosted at 300k!!

I hate pillar pods too, so I also mounted mine down by the accessory outlets.

Well this sucks bad well not to bad.. I was installing what I thought was the 7th injector computer in my truck today and I had gotten the vehicle specific diagram from gadget. Well there was 2 colors that where different then what was stated in the diagram, so I called urd and spoke with gadget only to find out is not a 7th injector computer it is the 6 injector computer. . Well damn he says it won't work and recommend I buy the correct computer.

It irritates me a little that I worked fine on the tacoma it came off of but am going to take gadgets word that it won't work. So now I have the upgraded fuel pump, the 7th injector installed in the supercharger already and fuel running to it but no computer to fire it.
 
So just got back and was messing around under my hood the other day and I'm hearing a strange sound I don't remember hearing before. Not sure if it's a normal supercharger sound or not. Sounds like a diesel but as soon as a little throttle is applied it goes away. I'll try and upload a vid I got.
 
Nose cone adaptor. It's like a hard rubber that gets worn out.
Did you change the oil in it?
People say those make noise when they are old at idol but go away after rev up a touch

The cone doesn't have any signs of leaking I pulled the belt and shook the cone everything is tight and feels like it has good tolerance .
I did not change the oil I do plan on doing it my next oil change. Only reason I didn't then was because I wasn't thinking and I was just to exited to do the swap.
 
I am also thinking it might be a tensioner, either the SC or a/c. I plan on pulling both belts and seeing if the sound goes away then adding the SC belt back and if the sound is still gone I'm going to assume something to do with the a/c.

I have had that same noise. Mine had the original nose cone still after about 10 years (I've only had it 5 months) so I swapped it out with a new one. The noise is definitely quieter but still there, ever so slightly. I didn't change the belts, but I have the auto tensioner and the belts are fine and I tracked the noise to the supercharger housing itself. Only at idle like what you are experiencing.

I was afraid the noise was the rotors contacting the housing but when I opened it all up they were in great shape, just a little bit of light sanding with 200 grit smoothed it up very nicely. Was just the bearings in the front.

P.S. my oil that came out smelled like death and was in terrible shape.
